Ribs and Music what could be better.  Come compete or come eat it does'nt matter a good time will be had by all.  Tropical Palapas and jimmyjames BBQ Pro Shop will be there selling some amazing rubs and sauces.  Some great local bands will be there and the Great LeAnn Rimes will kick it off with a concert Friday night.  See ya there!

Tropical Palapas is extremely proud to announce the launching of our new Jimmy James BBQ Pro Shop! jimmyjames BBQ Pro Shop wants to bring you a great selection of barbeque rubs, some award winning. Dizzy Pig has 13 different rubs to choose from. Great for beef, pork, chicken, vegetables, fruits, seafood and more. They even have 2 salt free rubs to choose from. Big Dicks Dry Rub is a great all purpose rub and if you love maple you will love the Maple Rub by Big Green Egg. We will be bringing in more great rubs from the Rub Co., Plowboys, Blue Star Seasonings, D-Dogs and more.

Who doesn't want to be the Pitmaster of their backyard BBQ? Well slather up some chicken with great barbeque sauce by Big Butz BBQ, Pork Barrel BBQ, Cripple Creek, Fat Bastard's "Hog Wash" and more. Whether you like it hot or mild we have a great barbeque sauce for you.

We also carry a great variety of smoking chips from wine infused oak, maple, alder, mesquite, hickory, cherry, Jack Daniels, and wood chunks just to name a few. At jimmyjames BBQ Pro Shop we carry lump charcoal from Big Green Egg and Wicked Good.
