Final predicted Championship table: Who would have finished where?

Follow the Sky Bet Championship play-offs with Sky Sports; the first legs of the semi-finals will be taking place this weekend as Sunderland host Luton on Saturday (5.30pm). Coventry vs Middlesbrough is on Sunday (12pm); both games are live on Sky Sports Football

The 2022/23 Championship season is over, and our EFL expert David Prutton has been predicting games all season.

But who would have finished where had all 552 of his predictions come true?

Prutton was spot in with the top two! Burnley were his champions and Sheffield United joined them in promotion to the Premier League.

He also backed Middlesbrough and Luton for the next two spots, albeit in the wrong order. And Sunderland to make the play-offs. His only aberration in the top six was Millwall, who crashed out of the play-off places in dramatic circumstances on the final day of the season.

Down at the bottom, Prutton got two of the three relegated sides correct in Blackpool and Reading, although he had Birmingham joining them as opposed to Wigan.
